Pediatric Services

Pediatricians are considered specialists by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). Please discuss a referral with your doctor, nurse practitioner or midwife prior to booking an appointment.

Pediatric services are covered by MSP. Please bring your child's BC CareCard and Health Passport (if available) to your appointment. For out-of-province coverage, please bring your provincial health care card.

Patients newly immigrated or those who are visiting from out of province/country who are not covered by BC or other provincial health care may require urgent services. In these instances, patients are asked to pay privately (out of pocket).
